What is handheld laser welding machine?
The handheld Laser welding machine is another mature application in the field of laser applications after fiber laser cutting. The main principle is that the edge of the materials is melted by the high temperature of the fiber laser beam then two pieces combined, we also provide a welding wire feeding solution,the welding wire can be melted by the laser beam, at the same time filling in the welding seam. The handheld laser welding machine is small in size, the welding gun is light in weight, easy to operate, and can be widely used in different metal fabrication industries.

We established strategic cooperation with all different fiber laser source suppliers, like American IPG, China Raycus, Max, JPT, and RECI. There are 200 sets of laser sources in our warehouse stand-by.
Within 7 days, finish your handheld laser welding machine assembly, and debug everything because all components have in stock, machine frame, laser source, chillers, and packing material. And all the equipment stability will be tested for 8 hours at least before shipment.

All electrical components used well-known brands, and all electrical wires capacity tested can bear full laser power use.
All components are installed in strict accordance with the installation location of the design drawings, the wires are neatly arranged, and all wire ports are marked making it easy to trace the port function.
Core components like water chiller, laser source all be fixed to the solid machine frame to avoid the vibration effects during use and transportation.
